Rear kitchen, family room extension
Manterfield completed an extension and for us. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work undertaken and the high levels of cleanliness. This was especially important for us as we juggle busy working lives, so the thought of living in a building site for a couple of months was daunting to us. However, this was not a problem. The team worked tirelessly and completed each stage of the project within the agreed timeframe. Despite the awful wet summer we had and additional requirements we added, the project was completed within original time estimate, with exceptional transparency around any additional costs incurred during the build, which were only due to our changing of the specification.
