Flat roof Little Houghton
As you can see a garage roof needing a replacement as this has been left over a period of time to deteriorate. This resulted in the need for several roof joists to be replaced, new fascia boards and gutter. Customer opted for epdm rubber, (ethylene propylene diene monomer), photos depict before and after.
